If you don’t see your question, you can email me directly at info@brunstphoto.com
01
How many photographers will we need for our event?
Coverage is tailored to your event size, schedule, and layout. We can provide a single photographer or a coordinated team for larger conferences and multi-day programs.
02
Do you provide coverage for multi-day events?
Yes, Brunst Photo regularly photographs multi-day conferences and programs, with consistent coverage and editing across the entire event.
03
How far in advance should we book photography coverage?
We recommend reaching out as soon as your event dates are confirmed, especially for multi-day programs and peak seasons. Our calendar fills with a limited number of events to ensure each client receives thoughtful planning, consistent coverage, and a high level of service.
04
How quickly are images delivered?
Final galleries are delivered promptly after the event, with turnaround times varying based on the scope of coverage. For programs that require faster delivery, on-site editing can be arranged to provide images within hours of capture.
05
Do you offer on-site headshots?
Yes, professional headshot stations can be integrated into conferences or scheduled as dedicated sessions. We create an efficient and comfortable experience for attendees.
06
Can you travel for events?
Yes, we provide photography coverage both nationally and internationally, including conferences, meetings, and incentive travel programs.
07
Can we see more of your work?
Because many of our corporate clients require discretion, only a small selection of images is displayed publicly. Additional galleries are available upon request.
08
What is it like to work with Brunst Photo during an event?
We work in a calm, organized, and unobtrusive way so photography feels like a natural part of your event rather than something that needs to be managed. Our team is attentive to the schedule and responsive to your needs throughout the day, while also helping attendees feel comfortable in front of the camera. The goal is to make the experience easy for your team while ensuring every important moment is captured.
